This project was our dry-point etching project. What we did was found a picture and traced it into a piece of fiberglass. We used cross-hatching techniques to get a wide range of values. Then we covered the whole piece of fiberglass in ink and wiped away what didn't go into the etched out lines. The whole process was a bit exhausting and long but I do enjoy the way mine turned out. I used a pencil drawing I did myself last year. Then I water colored a few to try out some different color schemes.
